KW: This is an interesting post as it shines some light on previously suggested arguments about the corruption of the military/industrial complexin the U.S. being unable to develop decent weapons systems because it is more interested reipping off the U.S. taxpayer as the priority. Compare this to Russia and china both of which feel the real threat from U.S. dominance and aggression and wnat to protect themselves as best they can, incidentally at a fraction of the cost!
