The very disturbing thing about the attitude of American neo-conservatives (neocons) is that many believe that
- Because they have nuclear weapons why shouldn’t they use them, especially against Russia that is proclaimed by US media (owned by the neocons) as the most evil of countries, and
- Many of them believe the US can win a nuclear war with Russia.
