KW: Far from me to make comment either way but this is not the only story about central banks losing control. Of course a rising U. S. dollar is very bad news for all those entities (countries) that have borrowed large amounts of dollars in low interest rate times that are now seeing likely interest rate rises plus the local currency repayment amounts soaring. Bad news indeed
