ruled but he potentially is the most powerful person on earth, the rest is true. It is in their interest to have Trump make an idiot of himself as they just get on with implemting their own (Israeli) agendas. All of Trumps actions that have been implemented such as cancelling the Iran deal, supported by the E.U. have gone ahead becasue the neocons want that to happen and to blame Trump for any negative consequences.
