KW: Anyone thinking that the NZ TPPA agreement is all about ‘free trade’ should wake up. The US is pressuring the Europeans now even before the that agreement is signed to concede to corporate pressure on GMO issues and becasue TPPA has the ISDS (Investor State Dispute Settlement) clauses in it allowing corporates to challenge National laws about the environment we better expect that this is exactly what they will do under TPPA.
