The hatered behind and driving these sanctions is so great that they make the loss of empire for the U.S. even more certain and with haste. Sanctions are adirect attack on the civilian population of a country in the hope that they will make the people’s lives so miserable that they will rise up and overthrow their own government. Of course along with the sanctions the CIA will be actively funding dissident groups in the sanctioned country to stir up trouble and rebellion. That is the pattern for dominance. The US has reimposed sanctions on Iran, targeting the Islamic Republic’s energy, banking and shipping sectors. State Secretary Mike Pompeo warned of “swift punishment” for other countries doing business with Iran.
