Herewith some reasonable discussion of  Vladimir Putin’s announcement that Russia was withdrawing armed forces from Syria to allow peace talks to prosper. Flipside is the UK Foreign Secretary  Phillip Hammond commenting  about this in the House of Commons that we should not give Putin any credit and that Russia was illegally at war in Syria. Not only is he wrong (Russia was the only foreign force legally fighting in Syria – everyone else including the British were illegal invaders) but he spreads the lie that Russia achieved nothing.  One comment about him – Turd!
