KW: I have put this article in the New Zealand category deliberately. This article is actually about the European situation in relation to the apparent failure of TTIP to gain traction in Europe. Here in NZ we have the National Government a most fervent promotor of TTPA almost now admitting that it is unlikely now that TTPA will get off the ground becasue of political opposition in the U.S. Trump is against it becasue he is against the off shoring of U.S. manufacturing jobs to Asia (make that China) and because Sanders was against it (winning lots of votes) Clinton was forced to switch and say she was now against it, having firstly been a campaigner for it. (Don’t count on her remaining against TPPA if she becomes President becasue she is a consummate liar and will eventually side with big business that bankrolled and put her there).
Now we learn that the corporates have attack plan ‘B’ up and running already. If you don’t believe that TTPA/TTIP were simply treaties to corporatise control of your life then this should set you going.
