KW: Trade wars are real wars, admittedly restricted to hitting someone or another country in the pocket, but it is to hurt them or their economy and casue suffering. This is what being part of the Western ‘alliance’ means, we are all drawn into this attack on other peoples right to live as they should and all becasue of Donald Trump who cares not one bit about you or me or our families. If only we had some politicians prepared to think and take New Zealand on an individual and separate path! People will start shooting sooner or later

Finian CUNNINGHAM: To say Donald Trump is something of an “enigma” is perhaps too elaborate an adjective to describe his manner. Indeed, he is at times hard to fathom about why he says and does things.
