KW: To me Ukraine is a massive fraud country where dishonesty prevails. I am not surprised to read this story eminating as it does from the US website ZeroHedge. The billions that has poured into Ukraine from predominantly US taxpayers has gone never to be seen again but that is only part of the scandal.
